Connecting your Facebook Page to Polipics
1. What you need before starting
•A Facebook Page (business pages only — Polipics does not post to personal profiles or Groups).
•Full Control (Manage Page) or Admin role on that Page. If you are unsure of your role: open Meta Business Suite → Business Settings → Pages → check your assigned access under People.
•If someone else manages the Page, ask them to grant you Full Control, or connect Polipics directly by logging into their Admin Facebook account.
2. How to connect
•Click Connect next to Facebook in Polipics.
•Log in with the Facebook account that has Full Control or Admin access to the Page.
•Select the specific Page you want to connect and approve all requested permissions — declining any permission will cause posting to fail later.
Common Issues & Solutions
❓ "Error: "The following business assets were not granted the requested permissions""
Your account has partial access instead of Full Control. In Meta Business Suite → Business Settings → Pages → select the Page → under People, enable "Full Control (Manage Page)", or connect directly using the Page Admin account.
❓ "Page does not appear in the list"
Your Facebook account does not have Admin or Full Control access to it, or the Page is managed inside a Meta Business Portfolio you are not added to.
❓ "Connected but posts fail"
Usually caused by a declined permission during setup. Disconnect and reconnect, making sure to approve every requested permission.
❓ "Connection expired"
Facebook access tokens periodically expire or get revoked if the password changes or 2FA is reset. Reconnect from Polipics.
