These Terms of Service govern the use of the Polipics application and its associated services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Polipics, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Polipics for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.No Refunds: Due to the nature of our AI-powered services, which immediately trigger significant computational and overhead costs (GPU processing and AI token usage) as soon as a generation cycle or trial begins, we do not offer any refunds. All payments are final once processed.

Payments & Billing: Payments for Polipics subscriptions are securely processed by our designated third-party payment gateway and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the governing Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of our designated Merchant of Record. Your payment obligation is fulfilled directly with them, and charges will appear under their designated merchant identifier on your bank or card statement. Our Merchant of Record assumes sole legal and operational responsibility for payment processing, subscription invoicing, secure handling of card details, refunds, and chargeback/transaction disputes.

Promotional Trials: From time to time, we may offer promotional trials for new users. The specific availability, duration, and renewal terms of any trial offer will be disclosed at the point of registration or checkout. All promotional or free trials are subject to eligibility verification, system capacity limits, and monthly quota availability. We reserve the right to revoke, modify, or terminate any trial offer or active trial period at any time without prior notice. Trial offers are strictly limited to one per user unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to exploit trial offers (such as creating multiple accounts) may result in immediate termination of service and cancellation of generated content.

3.1 Partner Portal & Distribution

In addition to AI generation, Polipics provides a partner portal for distributing content. Users may connect external social media accounts (such as third-party business portfolios and pages) to schedule and publish approved content. You are solely responsible for maintaining the authorization and compliance of any third-party business assets connected to our platform.

4. AI Content Generation & Responsibilities

AI Hallucinations: You understand that AI may generate "hallucinations"—content that is factually incorrect, misleading, or illogical. Polipics does not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated text, image, or video.

Compliance with Platform Labels: Social media platforms (e.g., third-party social networks) may require specific labels for AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for applying these labels during publication. Polipics is not liable for any account penalties or content removal resulting from a failure to disclose AI generation.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published. You acknowledge that you will review all AI-generated content before publication and that Polipics is not liable for any issues arising from published content that you have approved.

Marketing & Performance Disclaimers: Any metrics, performance figures, growth stats, engagement ratios, or case highlights displayed across our website, email communications, landing pages, social channels, or marketing collateral represent target industry benchmarks and illustrative platform capabilities. They do not constitute a guarantee of identical performance or historical representation of specific client accounts.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Services

In no event shall Polipicsor its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

6.1 Upstream AI Providers

Our content generation and multi-modal features rely on upstream foundation AI models and service APIs. We are not liable for service latency, provider downtime, unannounced model deprecations, generation quality shifts, or automated safety filters/probabilistic content blocks enforced by these third-party AI providers.

6.2 Social Media APIs & Authentication (OAuth)

Polipics integrates with external social media platforms and secure single sign-on / authentication gateways. These integrations are entirely dependent on third-party APIs that are beyond our direct control. We explicitly disclaim all liability for automated publishing failures, metric deprecations, token expirations, account de-authorizations, rate limits, or authentication unresponsiveness resulting from changes or interruptions in third-party API ecosystems.

6.3 Server Infrastructure & Force Majeure

Our application infrastructure is hosted on third-party enterprise cloud servers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, and we shall not be held liable for regional data center outages, network routing disruptions, hardware degradation, or any other infrastructure-level service interruptions outside our direct operational control.

6.4 Payment Gateways & Merchant of Record

All transactional billing and checkout flows are delegated to our designated third-party Merchant of Record. We assume no liability for temporary checkout gateway unavailability, API redirection failures, or contractual/merchant actions. Our Merchant of Record assumes independent legal liability for secure checkout session handling, payment processing compliance, and cardholder data protection.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
